- Covered: You cancel your order before we assign testers and begin the testing phase.
- Not Covered (Change of Mind): You decide to cancel after testers have already been deployed and testing is underway.
- Not Covered (Policy Violations): Your app is rejected for malware, adult content, or violating core Google Play policies unrelated to testing.
- Not Covered (Early Termination): You remove our testers from your track before the 14-day period is complete.
