2. The "No Sale of Data" Guarantee

- We have never sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.
- Your app ideas, source code, and user data are strictly confidential and will never be aggregated for resale.
3. App Data & Intellectual Property Security
Your intellectual property is our highest priority. We implement extreme measures to protect your unreleased applications:
- Confidentiality: Testers are contractually prohibited from copying, reverse-engineering, or sharing your App.
- Controlled Distribution: Your App is only distributed to the exact 12 testers required for your Google Play track (or the specific number outlined in your selected plan).
- Mandatory Deletion: Testers are required to completely uninstall and delete your App immediately upon conclusion of the 14-day testing period.
1. Definitions & Data Controller
GetAppTesters ('we', 'us', 'our') acts as the Data Controller of your Personal Data. We use the following definitions:
- "Service" refers to the GetAppTesters website, platform, and 14-day closed testing network.
- "App" or "Customer App" refers to the Android application (APK or Google Play link) you submit for testing.
- "Tester" refers to the real, human individuals opted into our closed testing network.
- "Personal Data" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
4. Information We Collect
We collect information through three primary channels to securely deliver our service:
- Information You Provide: Name, email address, company details, billing information, and Google Play Console links.
- Automatically Collected Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and standard web analytics.
- Payment Data: Secure payment tokens from our payment processors. We never see or store full credit card numbers on our servers.

We process your data strictly under the legal basis of Contractual Necessity (to deliver the testing service you purchased) and Legitimate Interest.
- To distribute your App securely to the assigned human testers.
- To provide customer support, status updates, and required communication.
- To ensure network security, prevent fraud, and maintain compliance with Google policies.
6. Third-Party Subprocessors
We only share necessary data with industry-leading, secure infrastructure vendors to operate our website:
- Stripe (Payment Processing): When you check out, your payment data is sent directly to Stripe. We only receive a secure success token and your receipt email.
- Google Analytics / Cloudflare (Security & Analytics): Used to protect our website from DDoS attacks and understand high-level traffic patterns.
- Cloud Hosting (AWS/Vercel): Our secure server infrastructure where your order data is temporarily stored during processing.
8. International Data Transfers

- App Data: Links and testing metadata are purged from our active testing network exactly 7 days after your app receives Google Play approval.

- Account Data: Deleted within 30 days upon receiving a verified account deletion request.
10. Actionable Privacy Rights & Data Deletion
Regardless of your location, we extend enterprise-grade privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA) to all our users. You can take immediate action on your data:
- Right to Erasure (Instant Deletion): Email support@getapptesters.com with the subject 'Data Deletion Request' and we will permanently wipe your account within 30 days.
- Right to Access: You may request a full export of all Personal Data we hold about you.
